The Orem Family Fitness Center hosts a racquetball league for men and women 16+ and of all abilities.

volleyball (youth grades 4-8)
This program will teach the basics and fundamentals in both a practice and game setting.

Wrestling is for kids in 1st-6th grade and will be held in the Timpanogos Highschool wrestling room.

For kids to continue to improve their competitive swimming skills while not on the school swim team.

Track is for boys and girls ages 7-15. Participants should wear good running shoes.

The league will run roughly seven weeks. The program offers Men's, Women's, and Coed divisions.
