This 4 week course is designed for women (ages 12+) to learn how to physically defend themselves from an aggressor. We’ll be utilizing time-proven techniques to get away from danger, but also practicing joint locks and chokes designed for a smaller person to defend themselves against a larger attacker for those instanceses where getting away just isn’t possible. Whether you’re looking for self-defense, empowerment & confidence, or stress relief, you will have a great time with this course!
