Certified Personal Trainers

Our experienced Certified Personal Trainers are ready to work with you! Regardless of your goals, fitness level, ability, or limitations, we’ll create a plan so you can be successful. Here at OFFC we practice “Exercise Prescription”, where our trainers will create a customized program to fit your needs as they motivate you and hold you accountable to reach your goals. These programs are specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall well-being.

Personal Training sessions are $50 per one-hour individual session or $35 per person per joint 2-person session. All sessions include a guided workout with our certified personal trainers and prescribed personal workouts to do on your own time. You will be required to pay before your session.

Interested in Nutrition?

As a registered dietitian, Kohar can help you develop improved eating habits. Time with her can be used for training or for nutrition advice and meal planning. Simply sign up for one of her sessions. Please be sure to still fill out the personal training questionnaire before your first appointment.
