Certified Personal Trainers

Our experienced Certified Personal Trainers are ready to work with you! Regardless of your goals, fitness level, ability, or limitations, we’ll create a plan so you can be successful. Here at OFFC we practice “Exercise Prescription”, where our trainers will create a customized program to fit your needs as they motivate you and hold you accountable to reach your goals. These programs are specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall well-being.

Personal Training sessions are $55 per one-hour individual session or $35 per person per joint 2-person session. All sessions include a guided workout with our certified personal trainers and prescribed personal workouts to do on your own time. You will be required to pay before your session. We also offer multiple session packages that provide a discounted rate.

Interested in our beginner weight lifting class?

Interested in weightlifting but not sure where to start? Join our four week beginner weightlifting class! This class is designed to help you learn the basics of weightlifting so you can feel comfortable navigating your way through the gym. Classes will be taught by a personal trainer who will show you how to properly use equipment and have correct and safe form.

Are you a teen who is interested in weightlifting but not sure where to start? Join our four week intro to weightlifting class for teens! This class is designed to help teens ages 14-19 learn the basics of weightlifting so they can feel comfortable navigating their way through the gym. Classes will be taught by a personal trainer who will show you how to properly use equipment and have correct and safe form.
