This class is designed to help you learn the basics of weightlifting so you can feel comfortable navigating your way through the gym. Classes will be taught by a personal trainer who will show you how to properly use equipment and have correct and safe form.

Looking to take your workouts to the next level? Weightlifting 201 is our new class designed to add some more complexity to your workouts. The class is designed to expand upon the basics from the Weightlifting 101 class or for people with basic weightlifting knowledge. (Minimum age requirement of 14)
Teaches the proper use of free weights, weight machines and more. Build up your strength and flexibility by learning how to safely work your major muscle groups and increase your range of motion. Ages 60+
