Adaptive Sports

Adapted T-ball and swimming designed for boys and girls ages 5 and up, with mild to moderate mental and/or physical disabilities. 

Baseball & T-ball

These programs includes a T-shirt and 7 games which will be played on Saturday mornings/ afternoons.

Basketball

Orem Youth Basketball is for boys and girls grades 3-8th, and is designed to teach the basics and fundamentals of basketball.

Bouldering

Come learn the basics of climbing! Month-long classes for kids 6 and older.

Dance

Year-round 24 week classes offered in a variety of dance styles, starting with kids as young as 3.

Fishing

We’ve teamed up with the Division of Wildlife Resources (DWR) to bring you a fun and informational fishing program for ages 7-13.

Floorball

Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Leagues

Football

Flag Football for Grades 3-12 and is a fun, fast paced, and safe beginning to the sport of football. 

Gymnastics & Tumbling

Year-round 6-week and 4-weeks classes offered for kids stating as young as 3. 

Lacrosse

In cooperation with other local Recreation Centers we offer a fun, introductory Lacrosse program that will help your kids learn more about this newly sanctioned high school sport.

Pickleball

Youth pickleball camp is for youth in 3rd – 8th grades to learn, practice and have fun playing pickleball.  All skill levels welcome!

Girls’ Fast Pitch Softball for girls in grades 3-9th (Recreation & Accelerated Leagues) and Tournaments

Sports Camps

Pre-School Sports, Little Athletes Camp, Tiny Tots Camp, Little Hoopsters Camp, and Super Hoopsters Camp

Swimming

Whether your goal is learn to swim or get ready for high school tryouts, club tryouts, a triathlon, or something else, we have lessons for kids of all ages!

Taekwondo

Learn the basics of this great martial art, from the kicks and blocks to basic meditation. Classes starting for as young as 5. We offer 6-week classes year round. 

Tennis

Spring, Summer, and Fall Lessons (Ages 7 – 17) and CUTA Tennis League (Ages 8 – 14)

Track & Cross Country

Track is for boys and girls ages 7-15.  Participants should wear good running shoes.

Volleyball

This program is for beginners in grades 4-8th. This program will teach the basics and fundamentals in both a practice and game setting. 

Wrestling

Wrestling is for kids in 1st-6th grade and will be held in the Timpanogos Highschool wrestling room. This program is offered in the Spring and Fall.
