Classes available for ages 3-12

Gymnastics

A sport requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. Our classes teach children (both girls and boys) the events of floor (tumbling), vault, bars and beam.

Known as the floor event in gymnastics, these classes are a great way for kids to learn everything from a basic roll to a roundoff back handspring.

Beginning Cheer

Learn a variety of cheerleading skills in this class! Cheers, Motions, Dance, Jumps, Kicks, Voice Projection, Beginning Tumbling as well as an introduction to stunting! (Ages 7-12) 

Parent tot tumbling classes

Ages 18 months - 3 years

Parent tot tumbling

Our Parent Tot Tumbling class is an instructor led, structured class for our tiny tumblers. Class has emphasis on building motor skills, balance, jumping, climbing, social interaction, and FUN! This class will help your childs development through increased physical strength and muscle control, fine and gross motor skill development, coordination and balance.

Class is 45 minutes in length and requires hands-on help from an adult for most of the class.

(One adult per child required. No additional children permitted.)

Beginning and preschool cheer summer camps

Learn a variety of cheerleading skills during this camp. Cheers, Motions, Dance, Jumps, Kicks, Voice Projection and intro Tumbling!

Intro Gymnastics summer camps

Our intro gymnastics camps are designed for young children to learn the basics of gymnastics. In addition to simple moves like forward and backward rolls, kids will learn important techniques and terms that will set them up to continue to grow in gymnastics. Kids will be exposed to floor, bar, and balance beam.

In our beginning gymnastics camps, skills will be taught such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, as well as skills taught on the bar and beam.

Intro Tumbling summer camps

Our intro tumbling camp is designed for young children to learn the basics of tumbling. In addition to fun activities that will increase body coordination, kids will learn skills such as forward and backwards rolls and cartwheels.

beginning Tumbling summer camps

Beginning tumbling skills will be taught such as headstands, handstands, and backbends. Kids will work on improving their tumbling by turning cartwheels into running cartwheels and one handed cartwheels.

POM DANCE CAMPS

Pom is a high-energy dance style that blends jazz, hip hop, and cheer elements into a sharp, clean performance style using pom-poms. Unlike cheer, pom is dance-centered, focusing on technical choreography rather than stunting or tumbling.

Adaptive tumbling

This class is designed for kids with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities and special needs to develop motor skills, coordination, and body awareness. Basic tumbling activities taught, often with modifications and adaptations, in a supportive environment to build strength, balance, and confidence. Students will need to manipulate their own bodies. Parent/guardian must stay to observe.
