Adaptive Sports

Adapted T-ball and swimming designed for boys and girls ages 5 and up, with mild to moderate mental and/or physical disabilities. 

Baseball

America’s pastime for kids: baseball fundamentals, sportsmanship, and strategy on the diamond.

Basketball

Developing skills, teamwork, and love for basketball across all youth grade levels.

Bouldering

Our Bouldering class is a great place to learn the basics of climbing. Climbers will learn foundational climbing technique, etiquette, and safety. 

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu

Learn the basics of grappling and ground fighting in our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) classes.

Dance

We offer dance classes to students ages 3-12 in Jazz, Ballet, Creative Movement and Hip Hop.

Fishing

We’ve teamed up with the Division of Wildlife Resources (DWR) to bring you a fun and informational fishing program for ages 7-13.

Football

Flag Football leagues for youth in grades 1-9; a fun, fast paced, and safer introduction to the sport of football. 

Gymnastics, Tumbling & Cheer

We offer gymnastics, tumbling and cheer classes with several different levels and abilities.

kung fu

Learn the basics of this Chinese martial art, a style of fighting that involves special punches and kicks.

Pickleball

A variety of youth pickleball programs to learn, practice and have fun playing pickleball.  All skill levels welcome!

Sliding, hitting, and hustling:  Girls’ Fast Pitch Softball – programs for all skill levels.

Sports Camps
