I’m Dianna, I am a NESTA, NCCA accredited, Certified Personal Trainer and have been a trainer for over 20 years.  I enjoy helping people improve their health and reach their fitness and personal health goals. 

I first began my journey as a young adult, looking for ways to help me look and feel better about myself. Weightlifting helped me reach those goals quickly and I enjoy the variety in weightlifting exercises. After lifting for over 10 years, I decided to pursue my personal training certificate. I later added a yoga certificate to my resume.

I love to share my knowledge and help others transform through reaching their health goals, physically and mentally. I have worked with many different client levels. I continue to learn as I work with clients and educate myself on current health trends and information.
