My name’s Kohar and I’m a certified personal trainer and registered dietitian. Since high school, I have fallen in love with strength training and continue to be amazed at the strength of the human body. I love teaching others how to strength train and will work with you to meet your goals. I believe that fitness and exercise work best when customized and personalized to fit the needs of the client. I also believe that exercise can be fun even though it is challenging.
I have been a registered dietitian for 15 years. I’ve worked in the community with women and children in addition to taking on personal clients. I have found that one-on-one nutrition consulting paired with personal training leads to the most success.
