Bio 

Hi, I’m Kohar! I’m a personal trainer and registered dietitian. I have loved exercise, sports, and strength training from a very young age and really enjoy being able to share my passion with others.

I believe that fitness is not a “one plan fits all” concept. I strive to make workouts enjoyable, engaging, effective, and individually tailored to meet the needs of the client. I’m also a firm believer in the science and research behind food and exercise to help clients get safe and long lasting results.

This helps our trainers know a little bit more about you, find the best personal trainer for your needs, and allow your first meeting with them to be completely tailored to your needs.

As a registered dietitian, Kohar can help you develop improved eating habits. Time with her can be used for training or for nutrition advice and meal planning. Simply sign up for one of her sessions.
