Class Description: TABATA is a type of HIIT class that consists of multiple 4-minute workouts. Each workout consists of 8 sets of 20 seconds of exercise at max effort followed by 10 seconds of rest. Many exercises will use just bodyweight, but additional tools such as dumbbells, bands, and stability balls may be used as well. Tabata Training is a great way to spice up your workouts, burn more calories, and get more out of your exercise time! (Modifications shown for all fitness levels)
