Bio
My name is Jacob Winder. My experience with swimming is 9 years of competitive swimming with Hilltop Aquatic Swim Team and American Fork Highschool. During this time I competed at the state and regional level. My expertise is in teaching and improving techniques. I prefer to work with anyone over the ages of 10 but can work with anyone who has a decent foundation in swimming.
