Class Description: Set to fun and energetic music, each class is designed to give you a long, lean dancer-like physique. The Barre workout incorporates elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Strength Training. Barre exercises rely mainly upon your own body weight for resistance, and the moves challenge your core stability and balance. Mini Pilates ball, small toning weights, and more will be provided. This class is inspired by the dynamic Barre exercises from the disciplines of ballet and dance. Prior experience in Pilates and dance are not needed!
