- I was a competitive swimmer for 10+ years and was a 4-year qualifier for Regionals (4-year Varsity Letter holder) in my home state of Tennessee. I was a swim coach for 2 years back home, and I am currently a swim team coach here at the Orem Rec Center for one year running. In my 3 years of experience, I have worked with children aged 5-17, adults of various ages, and folks with special needs; I can help you or your child gain confidence in the water, learn to swim, improve form and speed, prepare for competitions, or teach drills/workouts to do individually.
