Hey, my name is Sophia! I have been on many swim teams and grew up learning to swim at the Orem Rec. I like to ski in the winter and hike it the summer. One of my favorite parts parts about teaching swim lessons is watching students improve and leave with a smile. I love teaching and am comfortable with all ages, including adaptive lessons.
