My name is Nanette Wakamatsu and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I became a personal trainer after several successful years of my own journey back to a healthier lifestyle that included regular personal training sessions. Getting stronger doesn’t only mean building muscle, personal training offers so many benefits in an experience tailored just for you. You can improve all aspects of fitness both physical and mental, learn about exercise and how to use your body efficiently and safely, fuel your activities with balanced nutrition, and create social connections at the gym. All of these are strong factors for success. I love to share what I have learned and help people along their journey, no matter where you are starting.
