My name is Katie and I am a licensed massage therapist as well as a certified personal trainer. I went into the program with the intent of focusing on sports therapy and injury prevention. I have been interested in the benefits of massage since I went to physical therapy for work on shin splints. I love being able to share my knowledge of injury prevention and bodywork with anyone willing to listen and would love to help anyone I can.
