Our Family Fitness class is for parents and kids of all ages to come and participate. We work to create a fun and engaging class that will get everyone moving! These classes change formats each month, so there is always something new to try! Forty minute classes that are fun for the whole family!

High Fitness

A fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with pop music, and easy-to-follow fitness choreography.

april (No class April 9 for Spring Break)

Barre (Class held in the Youth Dance Studio this month)

A workout that blends elements from different exercise styles including ballet, Pilates, and yoga.

Fitness Conditioning

Body conditioning exercises are full-body moves that work to strengthen your muscles and cardiovascular health.

U-JAM is a high-energy, dance fitness class set to hip hop and urban music from around the world. You are sure to work up a sweat in this cardio workout that feels like a dance party!

Kickboxing

A class combining kicks, punches, and power moves of varying intensity for cardio and strength.
