Come join us for our Family Fitness Night! Mondays at 6 pm in the Multipuporse room

Our Family Fitness class is for parents and kids of all ages to come and participate. We work to create a fun and engaging class that will get everyone moving! These classes change formats, so there is always something new to try!

October 11

Barre with Kayla

Come enjoy a family friendly modified Barre class for all ages, even if that means wearing your baby or toddler to add an additional stabilization challenge! Set to fun and energetic music, each Barre workout incorporates elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Strength Training. Barre exercises rely mainly upon your own body weight for resistance, and the moves challenge your core stability and balance. Mini Pilates ball, light toning weights, resistance bands, and more will be provided. This class is inspired by the dynamic Barre exercises from the disciplines of ballet and dance. Prior experience in Pilates and dance are not needed!

Great Race with Anna

Come join in some active family fun and “see the world” on our race across the continents. Fun for all ages as we “climb Mt Everest and slide down the glacier”, “trek through the Sahara Dessert”,  help rebuild the “Pyramids of Egypt and many other fun exciting adventures to undertake. A perfect way to hold an entertaining, yet active family night.
