Our Family Fitness class is for parents and kids of all ages to come and participate. We work to create a fun and engaging class that will get everyone moving! These classes change formats each month, so there is always something new to try! Forty minute classes that are fun for the whole family!

Fitness Conditioning
Body conditioning exercises are full-body moves that work to strengthen your muscles and cardiovascular health.
November
Barre
The Barre workout incorporates elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Strength Training. Barre exercises rely mainly upon your own body weight for resistance, and the moves challenge your core stability and balance.
(Held in the youth dance studio)
No class November 26 for the Thanksgiving weekend.
December
Kickboxing
A class combining kicks, punches, and power moves of varying intensity for cardio and strength.
No class December 24 or 31 for the holidays.

HIGH Fitness
A high-energy, fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with pop music, and intense easy-to-follow fitness choreography. HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography.

Surge Fit
Similar to High Fitness, Surge utilizes popular music combined with an energizing HIIT workout that will get your heart pumping!

Zumba
Zumba is a form of fitness class in which you burn off calories by dancing to different kinds of lively tunes, often Latin-American inspired such as salsa, merengue and samba, but also other types of modern music like hip hop and Bollywood.
No class April 8 for Spring Break.
