My name is Annalee Fuller, and I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I graduated in December 2021 with a degree in Exercise and Wellness from BYU. My background in exercise started when I was 3 years old as a dancer. With over 18 years of dance training, I am skilled at helping individuals exercise with correct form and flexibility.
I am a big believer in holistic health, and I love learning and teaching about natural practices that individuals can utilize to look and feel their best. As a trainer, I specialize in helping women to heal their relationship with their body and food to make lasting lifestyle changes. I also have experience working with men and children of all ages in improving functional strength and mobility.
