REGISTRATION POLICY

Registrations for the various programs and classes are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the program or class is filled or until the program deadline date, whichever comes first. Thereafter, registrations may be accepted on a space-available basis only.

LATE REGISTRATION POLICY

If space is available, registrations may be accepted after the deadline date for some programs. However, due to extra work to alter class rolls, rosters, and/or schedules, an additional non-refundable late fee of $5 will be assessed.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be given after the registration deadlines for programs and classes. A $5 non-refundable fee will be charged for all refunds requested before the deadline. The late registration fee of $5 is also non-refundable.

PARK REFUND POLICY

The refund policy for cancellation and/or transfer is: 0-7 days notice before event - No refund; 8-30 days notice before event - 50% refund; 31-59 days notice before event - 75% refund; 60+ days notice before event - $5 non-refundable fee applied. There is a minimum five dollar ($5) non-refundable fee for all cancellations and/or transfers after payment. No refunds are given (4) working days after the reservation for a rainout.
